Tri-C Faculty Onboarding - Library Resources: Collection Development

The Tri-C Library Collection

  • Students need a collection relevant to their assignments. Since you design assignments, you can help inform our purchasing decisions.

  • Titles relevant to your discipline would be made available to students.

  • Faculty are always welcome to browse the collection and provide suggestions.

Course Reserve Books

Course reserves are essential to textbook affordability for students.

  • The Tri-C Library cannot purchase every textbook used for every class.

  • The textbook for your class may not be available at the library.

  • You can help! Are you willing to ask your department to buy an extra copy?  Do you have an extra copy? Bring it to the library, and we'll place it on reserve for your students.
