COVID - 19 UPDATE

In response the current COVID - 19 Virus outbreak the libraries at Cuyahoga Community College are currently closed. This means that there is no access to the library's book collection or to course reserve textbooks. We do offer a vast array of e-resources and our librarians are available virtually to assist you with finding, accessing, and citing such sources. 

Tips for Searching

  • Use keyword searching
  • Remember to use AND or OR
  • Avoid phrases

Examples:

  • othello and race
  • othello and Iago
  • othello and Desdemona

Library Catalogs

Use Tri-C's online catalog to find e-books about your topics.

  1. Use a Keyword search for Chaucer.

    This will retrieve books that contain the word "Chaucer".   Please note that the books may or may not be *about* Chaucer.  It just could be that the record contained the name for another reason, like in the title or table of contents.

2. Set the Resource Format type to EBOOK ; OR set the location to E-Resource instead of a physical campus location.
