Yoga in the Library

Take a break and unwind with our free 60-minute yoga sessions in the library! Perfect for beginners, these sessions focus on gentle stretching and restorative poses to help you relax and recharge. No experience or props needed—just bring yourself and enjoy a moment of calm. All are welcome! Mats will be provided.
